Independent Technology Project With International Impact
AnkiMine – Educational Technology Platform
I designed and developed AnkiMine, an independent educational technology product created to address a concrete challenge in language learning: reducing friction between real-world exposure and structured vocabulary acquisition. The extension enables users to capture words and phrases directly from web content and export them into Anki, supporting active learning in authentic contexts.
The project evolved beyond an initial prototype into a multilingual tool adopted by an international community of language learners. In response to user demand, AnkiMine was expanded to support multiple languages, demonstrating scalability and adaptability across different learning contexts and user needs.
AnkiMine gained international visibility through independent reviews by recognized language-learning educators, leading to organic adoption and sustained usage by learners across different regions. The tool has been consistently recognized for its practical utility, usability, and seamless integration into existing learning workflows.
This project demonstrates my ability to identify real educational needs and translate them into functional, scalable digital solutions. I managed the full product lifecycle—from concept and system design to development, release, user feedback, and continuous improvement—reinforcing my capacity to build technology with measurable impact in global learning communities.
