UC School of Medicine – Website

While working at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, I served as Webmaster for the School of Medicine, overseeing the modernization and ongoing management of its institutional digital platform. This website functions as a primary academic communication channel, supporting public-facing information, institutional announcements, and ongoing content updates for a large academic community.

The project involved migrating the School of Medicine’s website to a modern and maintainable content management system, ensuring long-term scalability, performance stability, and compliance with the university’s official digital standards. A key responsibility was managing the careful migration of existing content and URLs to preserve continuity of access and avoid disruptions to established public visibility.

Beyond the migration, I was responsible for the continuous administration and editorial management of the platform, including publishing academic and institutional news, updating content across multiple sections, and ensuring accuracy, structural consistency, and alignment with institutional communication guidelines.

This project demonstrates my experience managing high-visibility institutional platforms, handling content migrations at scale, and maintaining operational continuity for mission-critical academic systems.
